Eid ul Fitr Announcement 2023
Based on the global moon sighting, (Friday, 4/21) will be the first day of Shawwal and Eid-ul-Fitr. Eid Mubarak!

Eid Salah Details:

Venue: Lembi Park – Soccer Field – 1302 Riley Street, Folsom, CA
Time: Takbeerat at 8:30 and Salaah at 9:00 SHARP

Parking at Lembi Park is spread out across multiple areas, and it may require a long walk. We kindly ask you to arrive at least *20 minutes early before the prayer starts.*

Please bring prayer rugs, chairs, and picnic blankets.

Breakfast will be provided: samosas, nehari, afghani naan, pitas & hummus, halwa, & chai.

Pizza, donuts & goodie bags will be provided for the children.

Zakat Al-Fitr

$12 per person

Cash or check payable to MCF can be dropped off at multiple locations for both men and women.

For the amount to reach deserving families before Eid prayer, timely payment Zakat Al-Fitr is crucial.

Community Iftar

MCF iftars are held every Friday and Saturday during Ramadan.

We humbly request that community members RSVP by *Thursday” to help the hosts determine food quantities and avoid wastage. There is no ticketing involved.

Ramadan Activity Calendar

Join MCF in celebrating Ramadan this year with our activity Calendar for Kids! Our goal is to engage young Muslims during this holy month and help them develop a deeper appreciation and love for Ramadan.

A Calendar will be emailed to you once you fill out this form. To mark each day’s completion, you can check it off, put a sticker on it, or make it a surprise!

We recommend that you buy scratch stickers to place on the circles. Feel free to use any method to mark that you completed the task!
